Every order ships with tracking. The link is in your dispatch email — the one titled "Your order is on its way". Check your spam folder before assuming it did not arrive.
When it ships
Orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time (9pm UK) on a working day leave the same day. After that, or at a weekend, the next working day.
How long it takes
United States and United Kingdom: 3–7 working days. Winter is the busiest period for every carrier, so allow a little more in December.
Tracking has not updated
Scans can pause for two or three days in transit, particularly at a customs border, and that is normal. If nothing has moved for 10 working days, email support@thewarmchapter.com with your order number and we will replace the order or refund you.
VAT and customs
UK prices include VAT at 20%, charged at checkout, so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives. US prices exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where we must collect it. If a carrier ever asks you for an import charge on an order from us, do not pay it — email us and we will deal with it and reimburse anything you have already paid.
